These terms govern your use of primeheloc.com. By using the site, you accept them. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site — though we'd rather you call us with your objection.

Who we are — and are not

Prime HELOC is not a lender. We are a commercial financing brokerage. Financing is arranged through a network of third-party funding partners. All products, amounts, rates, and terms are subject to application, qualification, and underwriting review. Not all applicants will qualify.

We arrange business-purpose credit only. Nothing on this site offers, promotes, or arranges credit for personal, family, or household use.

Informational site, not an offer

Everything on this site — amounts, timelines, product descriptions, examples — is general information about the kinds of financing we arrange. None of it is an offer to lend, a commitment to lend, a rate quote, or a guarantee of approval, amount, timing, or terms. Actual offers come from funding partners, in writing, after underwriting. Figures such as "up to $500,000" describe the top of a product range, not what any particular applicant will receive.

Not professional advice

Content on this site is not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Pledging home equity for business credit has real consequences — a line secured by your home uses your home as collateral — and you should weigh them, with your own advisors where appropriate, before signing anything.

Your responsibilities

• Provide information that is accurate and yours to provide.
• Use the site only for lawful purposes connected to seeking business financing.
• Do not scrape, probe, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its form endpoint.

Intellectual property

The Prime HELOC name, logo, copy, and design are ours. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without written permission. Quoting us honestly, with attribution, is fine.

Third parties

Funding partners are independent businesses with their own terms, disclosures, and privacy practices. We choose partners with care, but we don't control them and aren't responsible for their acts, omissions, or paperwork. Any agreement you sign with a partner is between you and that partner.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime HELOC and its personnel are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost opportunities, or business interruption — arising from your use of the site or reliance on its contents, even if we've been advised such damages are possible. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent the law allows.

Changes

We may update these terms as the business or the law requires. The effective date above tells you when the current version took effect. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
